Job Summary Unit Manager - Credit Operations/Senior Unit Manager - Credit Operations Job Purpose 'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd' Job Duties & Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities - Duties & Responsibilities: .

1) Daily reporting of S2S numbers achieved by branches to SMT team 2) support to the branches on S2S related queries 3) Responsible for new enhancement (Projects) process improvement.

Trainings to branch users for all S2S products 4) Daily alignment with product team for numbers reconciliation and resolution of queries 5) Monitoring audit cases to ensure quality and accurate souring to avoid audit issues.

6) Support to convert and tracking the leads provided by business in to branch sourcing 7) Alignment of targets to respective stakeholders and tracking the same .

8) Find out the scope of improvement to increase the S2S numbers 9)Analysis to be done to define grid to launch different type of contest launched by product team to branch end usersRequired Qualifications and Experience MBA/Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience
