Job Summary Unit Manager - Underwriting/Senior Unit Manager - Underwriting Job Purpose 'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd' Job Duties & Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities - ' The role will require a strong understanding of Professionals industry knowledge & market intelligence and underwriting processes at BFL to ensure that only credit worthy firms & Individuals are extended loans in line with BFLs risk policies The incumbent will be responsible for underwriting loans in their specific locations which will mostly be pre-qualified / pre-approved by the Risk team and require quick processing TATs in the following businesses: Professional Loans: Monthly disbursements are expected to cross Rs.

250 Cr in these businesses by September Thus each Credit Manager is expected to process Rs10 Cr of loan applications Key Responsibilities: 1 Underwriting of Loans to Professionals within defined time lines.

2 Drive ownership of internal processes & compliance with underwriting policies 3 Support Business Risk & Operations in meeting the long term goals of the respective businesses'Required Qualifications and Experience Qualifications:1 Chartered Accountant / MBA2.

Maximum experience of 2 years in the financial services (lending) industry Skills:1 High process orientation2 Good analytical skills3 Positive attitude 4.

Good communication skills, with proficiency in English
