Team Handling To look after complete Sales Team Should map potential customers and generate leads Responsible for brand promotion and lead conversions Responsible for post sales services and client relationship management Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives Oversees and evaluates market research Establishing new clientele base for our existing business Maintain Sales and technical knowledge for furnishing Demo to the clients at and after Sales closure Maintain relationship with existing clients and visit them for references Plan to ensure achievement personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly Directs market channel development activity Reviews and analyses sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

Provide daily report of field sales success and communication with customer on MIS data Sell to potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to channel partners to participate in closing and order Responsible for revenue generation and growth for Self & complete Sales Team Negotiating contracts Responsible for customer retention and keep a track on outstanding Preparing sales report as needed Open to travel pan India any point of time for business development.

Educational Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent Master's degree in sales, marketing or business administration Must have advanced computer knowledge and skills Experience Requirements Minimum 8 to 15 years of related experience with progressive management experience Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance Additional Job Requirements Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
