• To attend all the incoming telephone calls coming from various people like Customers, Visitors, and Vendors Transferring the same to the respective Department or Person Also contacting the various parties for better and quick communication within or outside Organization Also handle inter branches telephonic communication on the subject matter handle day to day basis which includes calls coming from various Customers inquiring about the Flats or Commercial Establishment in the new Projects.
  
  
• Attending the Customers, Visitors, Guests, Vendors who come to the Office for various inquiries, make them comfortable, understand their requirements and direct them to the respective Department
• Maintaining various Sales inquiry Reports required by the Sales Team Whenever there is advertisement appearing in the newspaper and the prospective buyers start making inquiries Take the Customers details and direct them to the available Sales Executive Submit the required advertisement inquiries data to the Sales Team.
  
  
• Ordering the Pantry Items such as Tea, Coffee, Biscuits and other required Beverages etc Maintain the adequate stock and ensure its available
• Preparing Letters, Notes on basis of the instructions received from the Superiors and follow up action of such Communication

• Graduate in any Degree
• Good communication skills.
  
  
• Good knowledge of MS-Office software suite
• Communication in Marathi, English and Hindi
