2 Successful track record of consultative strategic sales with all types of prospects, strong background in mid to large account planning and expansion, understanding both the direct and channel sales landscape3 Candidate should have excellent sales experience of minimum 10+ years in AI/ML, RPA products & services Experience in selling UiPath licenses & implementations Software products, Software Services, Off shore, onshore, off site software staffing System Integration Business vertical 4 Candidate should have experience of managing Sales and Marketing Team, Project Management, etc.
5 Candidate should have experience of building, leading and managing a team of salespeople within an organization and with partners 6 Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level7 Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutionsRoles and responsibilities 1.
Publish go-to-market strategy, set up product positioning for target Customers and End users to own and achieve Business Revenue goals 2 Understand customers business to be able to explore automation opportunities3 Setup adequate Sales Organization for India and US operations4 Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise translating into successful sales.
5 Coordinate with sales team to develop selling tools for presentations, demos and trade shows6 Prepare and Present proposals, Solution Documents, quotations, Construct sales pitches, etc for prospective clients and lead the Pre-Sales and Post Sales Activities 7.
Assist sales through calls, web based presentations or personal meetings to maintain product positioning and strategies8 Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions 9 Conduct workshops / trainings for team members to educate on latest technology products, market trends, etc 10.
Be a single point of contact for addressing queries from existing and prospective clients Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities 11 Coordinate with delivery team and ensure successful Project execution12.
