THE JOB DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS- Location: Andheri East Requirements: - Graduation with post graduate management degree/diploma in HR preferred - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Payroll - Strong exposure and knowledge of HR statutes/labour laws, policy framework and HR generalist role - Exposure in working with HRMS/ERP system - Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) - Good communication skills, ability to multitask and work under specific timelines/ deadlines - A positive individual and good team player who can work well with all levels Role And Responsibilities: -Responsible for updating employee data in HRIS and all relevant system database, including audit of employee documents, files, and system database related information to ensure accurate and complete employee records are maintained -Strong Knowledge of Payroll/Salary Processing -Strong Knowledge of TDS, PF, ESIC PT, MLWF etc - Generation of different challan - PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Bonus etc -Handling Payroll related queries of the employees -Processing of new hires (joiners) and employee separations (leavers) and provide support in effective coordination and implementation of employee life cycle management processes (on-boarding till exit), as required -Responsible for ensuring timely audit and monitoring of time office reports and absence management -Responsible for conducting pre-employment background checks and coordination with vendors -Monitors the HR help desk and respond to employee queries relating to HR programs, Company policies, employee benefits, etc -Responsible for generating all HR related reports -Support HR team with various department related projects and any other duties as and when assigned If interested kindly mail cv on [HIDDEN TEXT] or whatsapp on +91 8669993128 (Upma)
