Identifying qualified technical candidates utilizing various sources available, resume database, employment web sites, social networking sites, referrals, own network, other recruiters, etc.
Preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
Coordinating with the the technical person to know the feedback of the candidates and improve sourcing based on the discussions.
Conducting initial HR interviews to check technical skills, communication skills, interest levels, salary expectations, need for accommodations, etc.
Negotiating salary with candidates in alignment with client requirements and delivery managers or account managers direction.
Following up on the feedbacks.
Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
Following up with the candidate after the offer is made.Performing salary benchmarking.
