3 Manage curriculum portfolio to ensure accurate training materials and assessments from new hire onboarding through continuing education and role specific accreditation programs 4 Provide the training (classroom or virtual) at all levels of employee lifecycle 5.
Provide train the trainer sessions (classroom or virtual) to support implementation of training programs and deliver instructor-led classes and programs (in person or virtual) 6 Collaborate effectively across teams to roll-out scalable training solutions around leadership development and manager capabilities 7 Develop highly effective training material, assessment and learning options.
8Create and implement development programs to increase employee engagement and satisfaction 9Responsible for preparing and releasing a monthly training calendar coordinating various trainers (behavioral & technical) internally and externally 10.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as L&D Specialist 3Age: Minimum 27 years to 37 years 4Broad experience and specific knowledge of organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, learning, and performance management 5.
Experience using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Connect Captivate and other L&D Tools knowledge 6Willing to try an innovative training model 7Experience in creating and running virtual programs making use of the latest technologies.
8Fluent spoken and written English knowledge 9Ability to think strategically and operationally 10.
