US Recruiter will:
• Be trained in International Recruiting
• Handle recruitment process for recruiting candidates in the US
• Identify, source, headhunt, screen, and schedule interviews of applicants
• Evaluate candidate skill level, coordinate offer process, reference checks, and hiring of applicants
• Communicate with candidates at all stages (build relationships) – pre-interview, post-interview and post offer
• Keep the India and US Team informed about the progress, changes or any developments in delegated task/project
