We are currently hiring for (AR) (Experience in US Healthcare)

Responsibilities:
• Must have been in AR calling for at least 1 Yrs to 3Yrs
• Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable
• Basic Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Knowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability & Accountability) is preferred
• Good knowledge in Denial management
• Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards
• Follow up on claims.


• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Communicate with patients via phone or email
• Experience in International Calling is mandatory
• Need to work on Ad-Hoc activities
Experience:
• Should be a Graduate
