Job Details
1- Understanding client requirements for existing and upcoming projects, and drafting guidelines, style guides, and other material to prepare for the delivery stage
2- Developing standards, working with systems and ensuring processes are followed for content creation and publishing, in accordance with internal practices and company policy
3- Ensuring content quality: guidelines, grammar, punctuation, and other factors like Search Engine Optimization (keywords, hyperlinks), impact, and social relevance for the content to be publish-ready
4- Assisting strategists and marketers with content ideas, opportunities
5- Identifying the best formats, guidelines, and stylistic frameworks that would best suit a particular strategy or client
6- Supervising a team of full-time content writers, scheduling managers, and interns, while ensuring that internal targets are consistently met
7- Leading the execution of content projects( mid-sized to enterprise), right from content strategy to writing, editing, and publishings
8- Assisting in employee hiring by reviewing applicant samples and planning boot camps and interviews
9- Overseeing our fairly large freelance writing team and ensuring company standards are maintained
