HR Manager
• Recruitment and Selection
• Maintain up-to-date recruitment Strategy and Identifying new Sources of Recruitment
• Take Interviews and Select the Right Candidate
• Salary Discussion with the Selected Candidates
• Process all recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner
• Managing Induction program for new Joinees.


• Training and Development
• Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly
• Compensation and Benefits
• Handling Payroll Activities and Coordinating with Accounts Department for Salary Disbursement
• Employee Relations
• To detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all Employees
• To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
• To conduct exit and grievance interviews with Employees
• Rules and Regulations
• To review the rules and regulations on a regular basis and Ensure that every Employee is following it
Key Skills:
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Convincing Skills
• Public Speaking
Basic Knowledge of MS-Office
Required Experience: Minimum 15 years of Experience as an HR.
