Age Limit: (as on 01/12/2020)

Branch Manager: Not exceeding 28 years
Assistant Manager (Legal): 28 years
Manager (Legal): 30 years
Deputy General Manager (Legal): 40 years

Pay Scales: 

Branch Manager: ₹ 7-10 lakhs per annum
Assistant Manager (Legal): ₹ 4 lakhs per annum
Manager (Legal): ₹ 12 lakhs per annum
Deputy General Manager (Legal): ₹ 12 lakhs perannum (fixed + variable)

Educational Qualifications:

Branch Manager:

(1) Any Graduation (10+2+3 format) from a UGC recognized university Post graduation & professional qualification shall be given additional weightage
(2) Minimum 3 years experience(for age not exceeding 28 years) in Housing Finance/Retail Lending /marketing of financial products (Home Loan) / branch operations in HFCs/FIs.

Exposure in housing finance is a must Experience of heading a branch will be preferred

Assistant Manager (Legal):

(1) Graduation in law -10+2+3+3 or 10+2+5 format from a UGC recognized university Graduates from Open University will not be considered
Minimum3 years of post-qualification Institutional/ Practicing experience in banks/ HFCs/ FIs (for age up to 28 years)in Legal aspects of mortgage lending (Home Loan/ Loan against property/ Loans for construction / purchase of commercial property) and recovery mechanism including SARFAESI/ DRT/ DRAT is a must.

Manager (Legal):

(1) Graduation in Law -10+2+3+3 or 10+2+5 format from a UGC recognized university Graduates from Open University will notbe considered
(2) Minimum 5 years of post-qualification Institutional/ Practicing experience in banks/ HFCs/ FIs / Reputed Law Firms (for age up to 30years) in Legal aspects of mortgage lending (Home Loan/ Loan against property/Loans for construction / purchase of commercial property) and recovery mechanism including SARFAESI/ DRT/ DRAT is a must

Deputy General Manager (Legal):

(1) Post Graduation in Law preceded by graduation in law -10+2+3+3+2 or 10+2+5+2 format from a UGC recognized university Graduates from Open University will not be considered.


(2) Minimum 10 years of post-qualification Institutional experience in Banks/ HFCs/ FIs (for age up to 40years)in Legal aspects of mortgage lending (Home Loan/ Loan against property/ Loans for construction / purchase of commercial property) and recovery mechanism including SARFAESI/ DRT/ DRAT is a must For further age relaxation, commensurate additional experience would be required
