Job description 1Assessment of manpower contract vendors and on-boarding them in coordination with TA team Regular assessment of vendor performance and report necessary realignment Ensure all data and documents are provided regularly to compliance team 2.

Negotiating on pricing and contracts with vendors 3Experienced in Vendor Management, Agreements and Documentation process 4Vendor Billing ,audit ,Payment tracking , PO validation .

5Maintaining data of contract employees provided by Vendors 6Design and revisit processes to improve overall quality of deliverables of vendor management function and to ensure cost optimization 7.

Preparation of Monthly Dashboard for Vendor Management 8Good to have experience in automotive domain and should be able to onboard relevant vendors Professional Attributes : 1Hands on experience of SOW, SOP, SLA, MSA, RFQs, RFIs, NDA Agreements etc.

2Must have strong network and work experience as VMS SPOC 3Strong analytical and negotiation skills and must be multitasker 4.

Good communication and interpersonal skills 5Having an eye for details, quick decision making and must have problem-solving skills

Experience : 2-5 Years Skils : Vendor Management, Vendor Administration, Experience On Sow, Sop, Sla, Msa, Rfqs, Rfis, Nda Agreements. Good Communication , Vms Spoc.
