Other Roles and Responsibilities Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes Lead, oversee and direct the staff responsible for administrative services Manage overall administrative & facilities activities Pan India ( for Multiple Locations) Lease administration and new offices setup with TAT as and when required for business (for Multiple Locations) Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs and optimize resources Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities Identification of NEW Facility as need be Liaising with various government agencies Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management when it comes to Housekeeping and Facility Management Vendor Management Ensure the organizations compliance with applicable health, building, zoning, and safety licensing and certification requirements Ensure that all facilities, furniture, fixtures and equipment and other assets are properly and carefully maintained Optimization of Resources: Develop systems to economize on consumables as far as possible, without compromising quality and ensure that wastefulness is avoided.
Ensure proper standards of health, hygiene and safety in facilities Maintain and continuously improve the quality of service and standards in offices Engage quality services and monitor them on a daily basis with utmost care; report any damage or bad quality to concerned and initiate necessary steps to correct the same Collaborate with management to identify and deliver the required administrative support operations for the organization Arrange and coordinate corporate events/programs Monitor inventory of office supplies, furniture, equipment, etc and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints Manage administrative work such as mailing, file maintenance, record-keeping, MIS Other general responsibilities as instructed by management Primary activities need to be performed.
