• You will be responsible for the day to day administration of the VICI dial system to maximize Connections profitability and efficiencies
• You will create and manage campaigns in VICI to maximize agent utilization
• You will maintain the correct recorded announcement menus, and make changes as necessary based on the time of day, day of week, or holidays.
  
  
• You will monitor drop rates and make adjustments to minimize drop rate while maximizing agent utilization
• You will be acting as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on VICI functions and operations
• You will monitor agent break time adherence and report to team manager/lead if outside of guidelines
• You will be responsible for notifying management if break schedules need to be adjusted to meet call volume
• You will be recommending various applications from Vici as deemed fit from time to time
• You will have to understand the complete application process and guide the management in making the best use of the application.
  
  
• You will be responsible for training our Agents on the uses of the application

• Education: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 80 CGPA OR certified in any call centre Application or Diploma in relevant field
• Experience: 1 to 3 years.
  
  
• Age: Minimum 20 Years to Maximum 35 Years
• Experience as a call centre administrator will be a plus
• Ability to perform training to the team
• Candidate should have Learning attitude
• Creating and Managing campaigns in VICI to maximize agent utilization.
  
  
• Excellence in ability to listen to needs/ issues, and suggest/implement operational solutions
• Knowledgeable in PC/Public Internet troubleshooting for Work From Home agents
