We Are looking 'HR Admission Counsellor for our AVIATION Academy CITA & HR Recruiter for our Recruitment Company CAREER INNOVATORS based out in Dwarka Mor Metro Station - New Delhi- 59 Age 19-40 Years ( Male and Female Can apply) Full Time and Part Time Both Options Available Full Time Employee Timings - 10:00 Am to 7:00 Pm Part Time Employee Timings - 10:00 Am till 2:30 Pm Other Shifts 2:30 Till 7:00 PM Monday to Sunday working 10 Am to 7 Pm (You can choose any 1 Day off as per your Choice Salary for Part Timer will be from 9000 to 12000 in Hand Fixed NO TARGETS Salary for Full Timer will be 16,000 Rs to 29,000 Rs in Hand Fixed NO TARGETS ( If you are Shortlisted there will be a 2 Month OJT ( On Job Training ) on company Software's and Phone Software with CAREER INNOVATORS - CITA and Salary in Training would be different for 1st 2 Months)Job Location - Dwarka mor Metro Station, Delhi Preference candidate If you are from Delhi Only (No Out Station Candidate) Do not Apply You can also Drop Your resume to Rohit Sir on 9899453535 (Do not call us) Roles & Responsibilities for HR Admission Counsellor Counselling students on call, regarding Airport and Airline courses and Briefing them about fees and Training Modules Would be doing Outbound Calling to candidates who have applied for the job with us on Naukri- LinkedIn- Facebook- Instagram Informing the Candidates about the Eligibility criteria by taking their Telephonic Round and speaking with their Parents Lining up the candidates for the Pr-Screening round and inviting them to the academy to check their Eligibility criteria (As we do not give admissions to everyone) Should also track and follow up on all Lineup who are Interested for a Training Course Speaking with students and parents and explaining them the Fees and benefits of the Aviation courses, answer questions etc Briefing them about the Airport and Airline Courses This Job requires Excellent communication Skills, as a HR as you would be speaking to PAN India Candidates for Jobs and admissions as Have Offline and Online Batches available for Airline Courses.
