Developing customer forums, and curating content relevant to Client users and customers
Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital marketing experience, professional writing and editing experience, content strategy and SEO experience
Should have proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or any similar role
Manages first response for routine technical inquiries, tasks, requests and escalation
Provide a first point of contact for technical support for initial/ongoing issues that clients standard service customers face in their day-to-day use of clients products
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support
Experience in Digital marketing
Any degree with Computer Science background
B2 High language proficiency on CEFR scale
Ad-tech skills: (Preferred)
Good knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem – Campaign management/Optimization, SSP/DSP, Ad Servers and Publishers
Good technical problem solvinng capability
Advanced SQL, Data Engineering and Database Management skills
Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets and Tableau
Must have minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Client Servicing
Ensures high client satisfaction and account success
Monitor, track and report opportunities in Customer Value Plan created by the client
Monitor and report account health parameters
Any critical escalations to be forwarded to respective teams as per escalation matrix.
Advising useful features based on pre-defined list Answering usage, product and Workflow questions to ensure feature adoption
Initiates and help prepare for, attend and participate in quarterly business reviews
Identify gaps in people, process and technology that prevents clients from realizing value, plan for closing all gaps
