Job description –
Manage delivery of services as per the agreement
First level escalation for client process owners/Infosys team
Review and publish of analysis and reports prepared by the team
Deploy and monitor process controls and risk mitigation initiatives
Identify transformational initiatives
Motivate the team to meet and exceed SLAs
Track service level metrics
Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals
Customer orientation
Good communication skills
Minimum criteria –
University graduate/ Post Graduate in Accounts with minimum 15 years of education with 5+ years of prior work experience in AP processes
Strong team leading and motivational skills, performance reporting and tracking, derive performance improvement ideas
Ability to multi task, prioritize activities & meeting deadlines
Experience with SAP, HighRadius is preferred
Good Analytical & Aptitude Skills
