Job Description:

Execute transactions/tickets as per client provided guidelines and timelines and follows the process with the objective of meeting defined SLA Understanding of Point of Interest will be required

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret issues reported by internal and external map users – Understand the customer problem, reported via tickets
• Adding, editing, or deleting agency sources
• Providing feedback and suggestions when issues and concerns are encountered
• Keeping track of completed tasks, initiatives, and upcoming responsibilities on a regular basis
• Review and research requests to determine if map attributes require edits/updates – Conduct the required research per process in order to solve the reported issue.
  
  
• Perform data attribute editing – Make accurate edits on map as required & evident from research
• Perform quality check on completed tickets as per checklist
• Close the ticket – per process with appropriate closing actions

Experience:

• Experience in POI systems is mandatory
• Should be flexible with Shift Timings
• First level back up for the team lead in production control and quality monitoring activities
• Report to TL on day-to-day activities

Any graduate with 0-3 years of experience
