• Year of Passing – 2017 to 2019 (No standing Arrears/Backlogs)
• Educational Qualification-BE/BTech- ECE,EEE,IT,CS
• Basic understanding in any of the 5 operating systems (Linux, Mac, Windows, Chrome and Android) with basic OS troubleshooting techniques and documented escalation procedures
• Basic understanding in Networking and Network troubleshooting
• Good communication skills
• Good Analytical & Cognitive skills
• Excellent customer handling skills
• Ability to deal professionally with customers
• Should be willing to work on rotational shifts and rotational week offs
