Job Description
Overall responsible to ensure the smooth logistics operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency and for providing MIS / analytics reports to internal and external customers to establish accuracy, continuity, and availability of information Also, responsible to support on freight bill validation, continuous improvement, co-ordination with transport vendor and other duties as assigned by the management To deploy all processes & governance and ensure compliance to all agreed KPI’s
Key contact point to act as bridge between internal & external customer
JOB Profile –
– Sharing updated daily operation report of RM & FG on a daily basis and other report requested by CUSTOMER like weekly direct shipment list.
– Processing invoices from vendors into SAP (booking of invoices) Raise PRs, PO, SES and SCD in system Maintain a report for invoices submitted to Finance
– Coordinating with vendors and CUSTOMER finance if any queries & will highlight to CUSTOMER if have any SAP data quality issue
– Need to resolve SAP issue if billing unable to proceed.
– To ensure all the billing accuracy and confidentiality
– Providing KPI reportings to CUSTOMER
– Responsible to prepare & provide requested reports (included KPI) via Dashboard/Digital Method on required cycle/date
– Preparing monthly provision/accrual and submit to finance once approved by CUSTOMER
– Analyzing provision amount submitted to finance Vs actual bill amount received to ensure provision accuracy
– Updating ATD(Actual time of delivery to customer) into SAP on weekly basis and update the same in outbound tracker & ECM folder.

Key capabilities
Min 2 years exp in to Logistics industry
Excellent written & Verbal communication skills in English
Convent Educated only need apply
Excellent hands-on exp into Excel, should know Vlookup, Pivot, presentation dashboards etc
Hand-on SAP knowledge as end user
Vendor management & Customer management
Work experience into Freight billing, Transportation, Purchase Orders etc
Expected years of experience (Minimum)
– 2-3 years of relevant experience into logistics domain
Expected Educational Qualifications
Any graduate, preferably MBA
Any additional degree / diploma in Supply chain will be added advantage
