6 Should have experience in onboarding & related activities7 Should be able to or have prior experience in hiring Blue Collar employees8.

Can manage the employee engagement activities9 Can handle Hire to retire process for the warehouse employee inclusive but not limited to attendance, payroll,Onboarding & exit formalities10 Should be having a decent verbal & written communication skills
