As Warehouse & Packing Development Specialist you will be driving various development initiatives and identifying new opportunities for improving warehouse management A key element will be to manage and participate in warehouse related initiatives and cross-organisation projects from start to finish This position will be based in Chakan, PuneWhat you will do

• Participate in the process development projects and provide global expertise in the logistics process area
• Drive and participate in development projects with the stakeholders across the organisation
• Deploy and analyse statistical data to improve process and KPI performance
• Drive and resolve system issues
• Conduct process reviews and follow up on the agreed actions, identify and prioritise improvement opportunities
• Maintain process documentation and master data

We believe you have

• At least 8 years operational Project Management skills and experience
• Experience working with warehouse and transportation processes (inbound, outbound, de-installation, production and I-tP).
  
  
• Experience from building a warehouse (know and be able to execute the full process from necessary IT systems, warehousing flows and inventories)
• Experience working with SAP R/3 and MDM (Master Data Management)
• Experience working with root cause analysis, real time control and supply chain improvement principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
