Urgently Hiring for the position of RMS- Risk Management System Post/ Job Title/ Designation: RMS (Risk Management System) Job Description: Stay updated of trends in business conditions / monetary policy / government policy / political factors / social factors etc that could affect the stock market Providing enough amount of opportunities to team in order to get exposure through pragmatic knowledge and different training regarding surveillance and risk handling operations Aligning the process and systems of department with compliance when asked for ( eg500 cr mark , 90% RRM mode, client level limits , member level limits ) To get updates of recent technology, processes and systems of broking industry pertaining to trading operations by maintaining immediate touch with intermediaries and broker fraternity on regular basis ( all trading software vendors , brokers etc ) To Design/Refine and regularly update SOPs (physical documents) of every rule/process or system related to department To develop and maintain all software and tools required for undertaking all departmental operations.
To make / update / strictly follow the RMS policy at the organization level for wholesale and retail broking To ensure that we develop systems / processes for limit approvals To ensure smooth execution SLBM operations at the organization from developing portals , punching orders , billing , product awareness and up to commission passon To ensure smooth execution of OFS bidding operations at the organization from developing portals , punching orders , billing, product awareness and commission passon To ensure highest utilization of technology in the department for day to day operations To provide various MIS data / reports to management on a timely basis ( hourly , daily , weekly etc ) To ensure proper surveillance on various in house platforms which allows client to trade /invest in stocks MF /IPO etc To develop / manage and maintain a powerful communication tool for associates / RMR /BM for the purpose of limit approval and other critical purpose To ensure that exchange login process/ bod is completed well in advance on all servers in order to achieve smooth trading operations Responsible for making proper checking mechanism in all trading servers regarding data that is being uploaded by the department or data that is managed by the trading servers itself For this try to ensure that we use maximum support of software at all levels To take active participation in the process when any new change / technology / API getting implemented related to trading operations in the organization and guide other departments too for smoother operations To be in constant touch with Business development team manager regarding new inventions or technologies that is being introduced in the broking industry To make / update / strictly follow the OMS policy at the organization level for wholesale and retail broking ( eg before market orders, OTR, OTM strikes order limits etc) Responsible for charging clients for dealers / diets / etc on a monthly basis and making MIS reports based on the charges we recover from the clients To undertake various trading operations for optimum utilization of margin ( eg margin management , P&L trades etc ) To manage / train dealers who are into dealing as per client request with highest efficiency and minimal errors To make a structured SOP for dealers regarding trade execution , trade confirmation etc Experience: 5-7 years Location: Ahmadabad, Gujarat Salary: 8 to 12 LPA Interested Candidate can share their CV on [HIDDEN TEXT] or WhatsApp at +919039291751 Regard Radhika Sharma (HR Recruiter) Estabizz Fintech Private Limited www.
