1 Should have different programming skills such as namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery etc2 Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using web development best practices3.

hands on experience on Ecommerce ( Payment gateways, Shopping Carts, SEO Friendliness coding, etc ) Integration4 Understanding of PHP back end development and frameworks such as Codelgniter, Laravel etc5 Understanding and hands on experience of SQL, MySQL.

6 Good understanding of aesthetics ( understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices and so on)7 Developing and implementing new features and functionality as needed by the business8.

Experience designing and developing responsive development of functional websites9 Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc10 Proficient understanding of Code versioning tools such as GIT.

11 Work with clients to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs12 Stay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities13.
