Job Description: Timings:Night Shift(6:30PM- 3:30AM) Requirements: Manage all stages of the workday project lifecycle right from requirement gathering, planning, design & documentation (functional specifications, technical design), coding phases through testing, deployment Understanding deployment practices in order to make informed decisions, guide the team and provide various ideas Outlining project requirements, scope, goals, cost, deliverables and sign-off from key stakeholders Mapping client requirements and designing technical solutions to drive deployment Controlling all phases inclusive of scoping, development, integration, deployment, testing, maintenance and production.

Spearheading end to-end application support activities entailing extending support in resolving and troubleshooting the live problems/issues pertaining to applications in accordance with defined quality system procedures Implementing methodology involving developing comprehensive test plans, tracking activities and assuring overall quality including functionality, performance & scalability Identifying issues & risks in a timely manner; developing/implementing appropriate mitigation & contingency plans Recognising business process inefficiencies and recommending improvements Monitoring and motivating team members to ensure smooth progress of project work.

Taking part in kick-offs and understanding the project requirements Acquire workday configuration experience with finance business processes such as requisition, purchase orders, receipts, supplier invoice, and journals and so on Successfully worked on workday HCM, core HCM, customizing business process, security, calculated fields, work lets, dashboards & custom reports/core connectors and studio integrations/inbound and outbound EIB Contribution towards designing and developing a set of integration systems using EIB, Core Connect, Cloud Connect, workday studio, XML/XSLT document transformation, REST APIs, RAAS reports and customs report Create individual time off plans for USA, JP, SG, and FR & UK depending on their requirements and eligibility conditions.

Lead the development of new reports & security configurations and supported existing ones; worked on functional tickets on core HR, Absence & Talent Management Drive the development & maintenance of document transformations involving core connectors for payroll, Workday financials, benefits and absence modules, integrations for ADP and streamline formats Functional knowledge in Payroll, Expenses, Account payable (Workday Financials), Benefits and Absence Modules About Client: https://wwwsupernal-it.
