• As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will collaborate with your team and business contacts to deliver Workday integration solutions supporting internal and external systems
• Participate and/or lead specific integrations while working in an environment where we value Knowledge, Openness, and Transparency
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and new functionality in areas related to the Workday product
• Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution
• Work with functional teams for discovery and design sessions, as needed
• Designing, developing, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, PECI, and Workday Studio
• Experience in designing and developing complex reports as required for some integrations as well as testing and support
• You will serve as the subject matter expert for Workday functional HCM , Absence and compensation configuration
• Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and influence strategic functional decisions
• Work directly with functional and technical project teams to assess Workday HCM business needs and translate those needs into a globally aligned configuration and business process model that aligns with project initiatives:
• Assess the impact and feasibility of configuration or business process changes and their impact on Workday, security, and/or integrations
• Provide Workday expertise and recommendations that meet HR business needs and are compliant with standards and policies
• Facilitate communication and information flow between business partners and project teams to refine requirements and deliver on project goals against long-term Roadmaps
• As a member of the team, the associate will be part of a fast-paced environment that is responsible for developing and supporting integration solutions for Workday, Barings' global HR and Finance platform
• The Integration Developer will be responsible for all phases of the integration lifecycle
• The applicant should have experience developing and supporting HCM integrations using the various Workday integration technologies
• To be successful in this role, they must have a deep knowledge of Workday's integration technologies, and Workday's Implementation methodology, and work closely with internal and external resources
• They will combine these skills to deliver and support successful integration deployments
• Support existing integrations
• Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring in-depth expertise in the Workday solution
• Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc) and Financials Management
• Coordinate with Barings' Workday support partners and vendors to ensure the timelines and deadlines are met
• Provide documentation and artifacts required for each phase of the development life cycle
• Develop test cases and peer review code of other developers
• Provide production support and respond to issues and incidents in a timely manner

• 5 plus years of Workday Integration experience and 8+ years of overall experience
• Experience with Workday Business Process screen flow and login flow
• Performs Software Engineer duties on the Workday product suite, specializing and leading integration work for a particular functional area such as HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, or Absence Management
• Experience with web service integrations (SOAP, REST, WSDL, and XML)
• Working knowledge of XSLT
• Working knowledge of XSLT editors, such as Oxygen
• Experience with iterative or agile software development methodologies
• Provides estimates on effort, defining requirements, designing and developing the solution using the Workday Integration Tool Kit - Core Connectors, EIBs, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
